Ho ordinato e fatto montare dei cancelli di sicurezza modello Giotto per casa. La qualità del prodotto è ottima. La consegna ed il montaggio sono stati rispettati al minuto. Un piccolo problema è stato risolto immediatamente. In più, gradita sorpresa, in fattura mi sono ritrovato uno sconto non concordato e non richiesto. Un segno di attenzione verso il cliente tanto inusuale quanto ben accetto, non tanto per l'importo in se ma per il pensiero. Bravi davvero. Professional, efficient and above all punctual. Nel mio appartamento possiedo gia’ 3 cancellati mod. Giotto installati nel 1999/2000 che si sono mantenuti in ottime condizioni nonostante lo smog presente sul viale dove abito. I take this opportunity to thank via E-Mail the team (Alessio and Simone) who, with great professionalism and courtesy, took care of the (not easy) disassembly of my 2 counter windows and the subsequent installation of the Giotto mod gates to replace the aforementioned counter windows, A heartfelt thank you for the care shown during the work and the quality of the materials used by you.
