Sono stata subito contattata telefonicamente dal personale super gentile e disponibile a fissare un appuntamento il giorno stesso. Recatami in concessionaria, sono stata affidata nelle mani di Federico Capasa, consulente alla vendita che, nonostante la giovane età, ha dimostrato competenza, professionalità e soprattutto cura nel cercare una soluzione che corrispondesse perfettamente alle mie esigenze, oltre che una gran pazienza ( viste la mia diffidenza dovuta a esperienze negative con altre concessionarie). Accordo raggiunto, non mi resta che attendere l'arrivo dell'autovettura. Se i tempi di consegna verranno rispettati 5 stelle non sarebbero sufficienti! Firma del contratto la prima settimana di novembre, il venditore mi assicura la consegna il 15 dicembre se non prima. Intanto verso l'acconto e mi fanno attivare il finanziamento, ma non vengo più contattata. Dopo svariate telefonate, mail, scuse su immatricolazione, assegnazione della targa, mi assicurano la consegna per la settimana del 13 dicembre o al più tardi la successiva... Ad oggi nessuno mi ha contatta. Provo a chiamare da due giorni e invio una mail in cui chiedo di essere ricontattata ma sono irrintracciabili. Sono molto amareggiata, mi ero affidata a questo rivenditore rinomato con fiducia, ma se avessi visto prima le recensioni forse avrei desistito. Purtroppo mancano di serietà e professionalità... AGGIORNAMENTO: A seguito dei miei solleciti, sono stata successivamente contattata dal Customer Care. Da quel momento sono stata seguita direttamente da loro per la soluzione delle problematiche relative alla mia pratica ed ho ritirato la mia auto 10 giorni fa. Credo si sia trattato sostanzialmente di una mancanza di comunicazione con il cliente che dovrebbe essere migliorata. R	Rafael Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, I tried to contact 5 times, 3 of them answered and hung up the phone after seconds of conversation because they don't speak English, at 6 attempt, answered spoke an English lady with us and said she didn't have the cars for sale, I told her that we saw that was for sale on mobile and she says thank you and turns off the phone again. Terrible service, when they say they speak English on the mobile and after 6 attempts I found someone who speaks English and turned the phone off again in my face. Thank you for your bad work with the customers who turn to you.
