Great organization, competence and professionalism ... however little empathic availability for what does not fit the standard ... and so the problems remain!

Stamattina arrivo in officina e scopro che la macchina mi sarà consegnata entro le 17,30. Non solo hanno sbagliato a dare informazioni ma nemmeno si sono mostrati disponibili a risolvere il problema... Ho dovuto rinunciare e portare via la macchina restando comunque con il problema di dover effettuare la manutenzione prevista entro il primo anno di vita dell'auto.... Che dire???? Delusione assoluta! Appointment made more than a month ago for the first service, the young lady tells me that the car is ready in two hours ... This morning I arrive at the workshop and discover that the car will be delivered to me by 5.30 pm. Not only did they make a mistake in giving information but they didn't even show themselves willing to solve the problem ... I had to give up and take the car away, still remaining with the problem of having to carry out the scheduled maintenance within the first year of the car's life .. .. What to say???? Absolute disappointment!
D	Domenico Santoro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tremendo! Fingono un workflow svizzero (o tedesco) per poi cadere rovinosamente in disagi o in tempi biblici di lavorazione cui gli utenti subiscono! Per un ammortizzatore rotto ed in garanzia, sto ancora aspettando dal 26 dicembre, ed ho preso 2 appuntamenti e persi 3 giorni senza macchina. Dovrò tornarci, nuovo appuntamento e 1 altro giorno perso. Tremendous! They pretend a Swiss (or German) workflow and then fall ruinously into discomfort or biblical times of processing that users suffer! For a broken shock absorber under warranty, I am still waiting since December 26th, and I made 2 appointments and lost 3 days without a car. I'll have to go back, new appointment and 1 more day lost.
