 Kind and helpful, it is a pity that Alfa Romeo assistance is not able to guarantee a replacement car in the right time. Obviously the service is not provided by the workshop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il titolare è una persona squisita e preparata. Non posso però dire la stessa cosa con l'organizzazione centrale dell'Alfa Romeo. Per reperire i pezzi di ricambio occorrenti alla mia Stelvio mi hanno fatto attendere 25gg.
The owner is an exquisite and prepared person. However, I cannot say the same thing with the central organization of Alfa Romeo. To find the spare parts needed for my Stelvio, they made me wait 25 days.

Brought the car to them initially because the car was under warranty, I found myself very well both for professionalism and courtesy, finally finding, after almost 20 years of owning a car, my trusted mechanic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato il mio autoveicolo in riparazione per un problema alla distribuzione ed ho pagato circa 1000 euro, dopo qualche tempo ho dovuto chiamare il carro attrezzi perchè sono rimasta a piedi da sola in autostrada ed ho portato la mia vettura da un altro meccanico trovato per caso lungo la Roma-Napoli il quale mi ha detto che i pezzi che ha trovato nel cofano erano usati o quantomeno non erano nuovi quando sono stati messi o addirittura non sono mai stati sostituiti.
I took my vehicle for repair due to a distribution problem and I paid about 1000 euros, after some time I had to call the tow truck because I was left on foot alone on the highway and I took my car to another mechanic found by chance along the Rome-Naples who told me that the pieces he found in the hood were used or at least they were not new when they were put on or even never replaced.
