P	Paul Hager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No return to Sorrento... We bought a roundtrip ticket from Sorrento to Capri and back at 14:30 shortly before the boat was leaving. The return trip was scheduled at 18:45, however the trip was canceled and we remained on Capri. This can happen, of course, however there was no hint what-so-ever from the staff in the ticket office that something like this is likely to happen on that day. And seriously, there are quite confident weather predictions for a time window of 4 hours, at least enough to give a warning to those customers which buy a roundtrip, that they might end up spending the night in an expensive hotel on the island. There was no announcement at all about the canceled trip. There was simply no boat at the port in Marina Grande. Caremar was not reachable on the phone. Finally at the ticket office of another firm we could obtain the information that no boat was leaving until tomorrow anymore. The reason for the cancelation was supposedly the bad weather conditions (To me the weather didn’t seam so bad - no actual storm was happening - but then again I’m not an experienced captain - however Capri locals mentioned that the trip might have been canceled due to pure laziness of the staff and the few amount of passengers.) Then again, there are probably worse things then spending a night on a beautiful island such as Capri, however think about how much you will spend for buying a last minute hotel room there. Caremar did not help at all with this matter. Actually the refund of the return ticket was done by another carrier. Caremar was not reachable on the phone.
E	Elvira ruiz de alegria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever!! We booked a ticket online and we got at the ticket office in sorrento 20 min before the departure to Capri. The office was already closed and we couldnt get the tickets, and since we couldn't board the ferry with our online tickets, we couldn't board. We called the company and they were not willing to help us in any way ( refunding the ticket or changing it for another time). They didn't give us any solution, so we had to buy another ticket from another Company...
A	Andrea Cora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy your tickets to Capri or any other island in this company!! We bought ours online knowing that you need to get your boarding pass in situ. So we arrived there 20 min before departure, but the office was already closed, nobody was there to attend us. All the other companies were open (Caremare was the only one closed!!! ). As we couldn't get our tickets and get in the ferry we called the company and they told us that you had to be there 60 minutes before your departure!! We missed our trip and had to buy another ticket from another company. Caremare didn't help us in any way, didn't give us any solution and their customer care service was really poor, people on the phone were very rude with us. If we knew we had to be there so early we would have done it!!! Absolutely not recommended!!!
P	Pixels Market on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good ferry services. We used them to go from Sorrento to Capri island and it was as expected. The price was alright (around 40 euros round trip) there was air conditioning insude tge ferry, it was clean and you could get drinks at decent rates.
A	Ali Shafiee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is a mess! We bought our tickets online, however it is mentioned on the website that we take the receipt and get actual tickets before boarding. We found ourself in a long line in front of the office with the people who did not have the online reservation. We also noticed that the online price we paid was higher. My question is this: why do I have to stand in a line if I already booked online? It does not make sense. As the time of boarding got closer the people with online tickets got frustrated and angry. One of the staff started to shout at the customers. You could at least have two separate lines. Shame!

L	Luke Pettengell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's absolutely worth getting there early as the queues are huge later on. It's worth noting that all the companies sell interchangeable tickets to Capri so you can use any window rather than just the one that had the massive line!
