Non effettuano il rimborso, neanche dopo passato un giorno dall acquisto ma ti danno un buono; per legge è anche giusto, ma di certo non fa rimanere contento il cliente e non fa pubblicità. Dopo giorni oltre il danno la beffa, su internet ho trovato lo stesso prodotto (codice prodotto uguale) al 40% in meno rispetto a loro con la restituzione accettata (RIMBORSO).
"DEAR AND LOVED". They do not make a refund, even after spending a day from purchase, but they give you a voucher; by law it is right, but it certainly does not remain happy with the customer and does not advertise. After days of insult to injury, on the internet I found the same product (same product code) at 40% less than theirs with the accepted return (REFUND).
