★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che fanno davvero ottimo servizio. Ho ordinato un pannello di legno e quando la signora ha detto che in giornata riescono a fare hanno fatto per davvero. Meritano 5 stelle per servizio, qualità e prezzo e non ai quelli che spacciano per cosidette "professionali" che zero disponibilità e per un pannello di legno ci vuole 15 giorni
I have to say they really do great service. I ordered a wooden panel and when the lady said that they manage to do in the day they did for real. They deserve 5 stars for service, quality and price and not to those who pass off as so-called "professionals" that zero availability and for a wooden panel it takes 15 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina 23 ottobre vado per ritirare il pannello realizzato alla cnc per la mia c max .... amara sorpresa ... tagliato in modo impreciso seguendo la sagoma di cartone che avevo lasciato io ... dicendomi che era la sagmoa storta, e scusatemi dove era finito il file reqlizzato 21 giorno prima? ... poi mi hanno detto: " fai tu il file che lo facciano ed io " se faccio il file mi compro la cnc e me lo faccio solo ... "perché non mi avete detto 5 viaggi fa che c'erano questi problemi?"
Insomma mi hanno detto solo fesserie ed il pannello è stato realizzato a mano tutto storto.
Evitate questo eseecizio se chiedete lavori che esulano dall'ordinario.....
Di seguito la storia che è avvenuta prima.....
Forse sarà che sono io sfortunato o sarò l'eccezione che conferma la regola ma sono stato molto poco soddisfatto.
In brave: siamo al primo ottobre 2021, chiedo di realizzare un pannello per il porta bagagli della mia c max, lavorazione da fare alla cnc per cui non è immediata ma in una settimana è pronta. Siamo al 22 di ottobre e mi hanno detto che verrà rifinita domani in mattinata. Forse saranno serissimi per le grandi lavorazioni ma per quelle di piccola entità ritardano adducendo solo una sequela di scuse.
Sarà forse perche ho pagato in anticipo?

This morning 23 October I go to pick up the panel made on the cnc for my c max .... bitter surprise ... imprecisely cut following the cardboard shape I had left ... telling me it was the crooked shape, and excuse me where was the file reqlized 21 days ago? ... then they told me: "you make the file that they do it and I" if I do the file I buy the cnc and I just do it ... "because you didn't tell me 5 trips ago that there were these problems ? "
In short, they only told me nonsense and the panel was made by hand all wrong.
Avoid this eseecizio if you ask for jobs that are beyond the ordinary .....
Below is the story that happened before .....
Maybe it will be that I am unlucky or I will be the exception that proves the rule but I was very unsatisfied.
Well done: we are at the first of October 2021, I am asking to make a panel for the luggage rack of my c max, machining to be done on the CNC so it is not immediate but it is ready in a week. We are on the 22nd of October and they told me it will be finished tomorrow morning. Perhaps they will be very serious for large jobs but for small ones they delay with only a series of excuses.
Could it be because I paid in advance?
