Dopo circa un anno dall'installazione delle porte già iniziavo a rilevare dei problemi, le porte urtavano a terra. Ho ricontattato la ditta Andreotta Infissi ma hanno ignorato le mie segnalazioni per telefono come se non fosse un loro problema.
Il 2017 ed ho fatto un reclamo ufficiale alla Garofali e mi hanno risposto di fare riferimento al rivenditore ufficiale.
Certo che è un peccato comprare delle porte così belle e costose e sapere che sono state montate male.
At the end of 2014 I purchased the doors of the Gidea of the Garofali group from Andreotta Infissi.
After about a year from the installation of the doors I was already beginning to detect problems, the doors hit the ground. I contacted Andreotta Infissi again but they ignored my reports by phone as if it were not their problem.
2017 and I made an official complaint to Garofali and they replied to refer to the official dealer.
Of course it is a pity to buy such beautiful and expensive doors and to know that they have been badly fitted.
