Nice and helpful staff. But the manager doesn't even say hello when you enter the shop. He always seems angry. Empathy with the public zero.
G	Giorgia Reda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante abbiano la disponibilità, alcune scarpe non vengono esposte e vengono negate al cliente (Spesso la scusa è quella di doverle spedire) E' successo anche a volte che mi dicessero che le scarpe non fossero disponibili quando sapevo con certezza della disponibilità, essendo che conoscenti le avevano acquistate qualche minuto prima ed anche qualche minuto dopo della mia richiesta ! Despite having availability, some shoes are not displayed and are denied to the customer (Often the excuse is to have to send them) It also happened at times that they told me that the shoes were not available when I knew with certainty of availability, being that acquaintances had bought them a few minutes before and even a few minutes after my request!

Vi racconto la mia esperienza, giorno 16/17/18 gennaio inizio a telefonare una volta al giorno per chiedere informazioni su delle sneakers Nike che dovevano uscire in contemporanea negli store awlab il 21 gennaio, il gestore del negozio e i commessi più volte al telefono mi rassicurano di presentarmi il 21 (giorni del lancio delle dunk in store) , poiché non abito a Cosenza e dovevo andare fuori dal mio comune nonostante le norme per il covid.. giorno 20 gennaio li richiamo per chiedere conferma sul giorno successivo, e indovinate i commessi che mi dicono? Che le scarpe non sono arrivate e hanno avuto solo qualche paio già venduto durante la settimana, un commesso mi ha detto che un solo paio era rimasto.. mi presento comunque il 21 a Cosenza e vedo personalmente che in negozio non sono arrivate le scarpe ( mentre nelle città c’era il lancio del modello simile ) e non c’era nemmeno quella che il commesso mi aveva detto che era ancora disponibile.. morale della favola? bastava semplicemente dire che erano arrivate quando telefonavo le prime volte, INADATTI con mancanza di serietà. A star because 0 is unfortunately not possible .. I think the worst awlab in Italy. I'll tell you about my experience, January 16/17/18 I start calling once a day to ask for information on Nike sneakers that were supposed to go out at the same time in the awlab stores on January 21, the store manager and the clerks on the phone several times they reassure to introduce me on 21 (days of the launch of the dunk in store), since I don't live in Cosenza and I had to go out of my ordinary despite the rules for covid .. January 20, I call them back to ask for confirmation on the next day, and guess the salesmen who tell me? That the shoes did not arrive and they only had a few pairs already sold during the week, a salesman told me that only one pair was left .. I still show up on the 21st in Cosenza and I personally see that the shoes have not arrived in the shop ( while in the cities there was the launch of the similar model) and there was not even the one that the clerk told me was still available .. moral of the story? it was enough to simply say that they had arrived when I called the first few times, UNSUITABLE with lack of seriousness.
