Il fiore all'occhiello però è Gennaro, artigiano disponibile e simpatico e soprattutto molto competente. Ottima anche la possibilità di poter acquistare on line dallo shop, soprattutto in questo periodo di lockdown. High quality custom-made frames and truly original and exclusive works of art! Mi consegna il puzzle con un mucchietto di pezzi raccolti in una bustina riferendomi che aveva avuto problemi, poiché alcuni pezzi si erano staccati. Volevo pagare lo stesso, ma non c'è stato verso. Ricambio il gesto con una piacevole consegna della colazione effettuata dal bar adiacente al suo negozio. Scopro che in realtà che i pezzi onsegnati nella bustona non erano tutti, quindi mancqvano diversi pezzi!!! La mia considerazione: Completamente deluso per la poca professionalità!!!! Ho chiamato più volte per sapere a che punto stavano le cornici ordinate… senza risposta.. poi ho mandato un messaggio e idem. Ho ritentato in momenti differenti e sono stata poco più fortunata ma per nulla soddisfatta del mio processo di acquisto!! Per non dire che avevo chiesto di acquistare un quadro e mi fu risposto “si certo ti mando qualche foto per capire meglio”… ma ovviamente non ho mai ricevuto nulla!!! Le cornici niente male ma nulla di eccezionale considerando i costi. Bad experience. A bad customer service. I called several times to find out at what point the frames were in order… no answer… then I sent a message and the same. I tried again at different times and I was a little luckier but not at all satisfied with my purchase process !! Not to mention that I had asked to buy a painting and I was replied "yes of course I will send you some photos to understand better" ... but obviously I have never received anything !!! The frames are not bad but nothing exceptional considering the costs.
