★ ★ ★ ★ ★ E' da maggio che sto penando per l'acquisto di un dondolo. Ho speso 185 euro, mi e' stato spedito un dondolo del valore di 75 euro scarsi, l'ho mandato insietro a spese mie. E' un mese che aspetto un rimborso e nonostante i vari solleciti non se ne vede l'ombra. Per farli rispondere al telefono devo anche chiamarli con l'anonimo o con un altro numero di telefono. Un'esperienza e-commerce sconvolgente, mai avuta prima. Totalmente sconsigliati.
I've been struggling to buy a swing since May. I spent 185 euros, I was sent a rocking chair worth a scant 75 euros, I sent it back at my expense. I have been waiting for a refund for a month and despite the various reminders there is no shadow of it. To get them to answer the phone, I also have to call them anonymously or with another phone number. A shocking e-commerce experience, never had before. Totally not recommended.
