P.S. Cerco di spiegarmi meglio, c'erano solo due chiocciole con numeri, una per la fila ai libri scolastici l'altra per la scuola digitale. A me è stato detto di prendere numero chiocciola libri scolastici. Avrei semplicemente preferito che ci fosse allora una terza chiocciola. Perciò non volevo saltare nessuna fila, avevo il numero. Grazie cmq
Bad. I had to buy a stationery product but I would have to wait in line for those who had to order the school books. I had n68, inside 55.
P.S. I try to explain myself better, there were only two snails with numbers, one for the line for school books and the other for digital school. I was told to take school books at number. I would have simply preferred that there was a third snail then. So I didn't want to skip any lines, I had the number. Thanks cmq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'organizzazione della fila per entrare e divisa in due code, una per i libri cartacei ed una per i digitali. Il problema è che le due file non scorrono alla stessa velocità. Il paradosso è che la fila dei libri cartacei scorre 10 volte più veloce perché l'altra fila semplicemente viene ignorata/dimenticata per ore. Spero che questo tipo di organizzazione non sia la regola ma solo un eccezione. In compenso la velocità con cui rispondono alle critiche è da 5 stelle soprattutto verso un cliente che con EDUCAZIONE ha aspettato il suo turno per 2 ore mentre più di 10 clienti arrivati dopo venivano serviti.
The organization of the queue to enter is divided into two queues, one for paper books and one for digital. The problem is that the two rows don't flow at the same speed. The paradox is that the row of paper books runs 10 times faster because the other row is simply ignored / forgotten for hours. I hope this type of organization is not the rule but only an exception. On the other hand, the speed with which they respond to criticisms is 5 stars especially towards a customer who with EDUCATION waited his turn for 2 hours while more than 10 customers arrived later were served.
