Rappresentanti molto gentili, pazienti e professionalmente molto preparati. Ci hanno illustrato le attuali offerte per connessione a telefono fisso e cellulari. Abbiamo quindi deciso cambiare il nostro attuale provider e di aderire alle loro veramente vantaggiose offerte con un fisso e tre cellulari visto l’enorme vantaggio economico che quest’ultime prevedevano. Dopo settimane di attesa e mancate risposte ai call center per risolvere un problema relativo alla mia anagrafica, mi sono recato in negozio e ho trovato, gentilezza, cordialità, disponibilità e velocità per quanto la problematica potesse consentire. Comodo lo store perché si trova proprio in centro, quindi per qualsiasi necessità basta una passeggiata e ci si arriva, davvero molto soddisfatto. Il ragazzo che mi ha seguito oltre che paziente per le mie richieste è stato molto esaustivo nelle risposte che mi hanno soddisfatto completamente anche perché ha risolto il mio principale problema con la SIM diventata difettosa nella ricezione e dandomi rassicurazioni e informazioni aggiuntive sulla linea fissa e fibra. Sono molto contento per il futuro che ci aspetta se Fastweb punta su giovani che lavorano per migliorarti la vita.
