Che dire, arriviamo sul posto e effettuiamo il pagamento 90 euro a notte, prezzo molto alto per il servizio molto scadente. Il cancello d ingresso era guasto, la camera era sprovvista di climatizzatore, in bagno non vi erano il sapone, era presente un ventilatore rotto, il televisore era molto piccolo e mancava di segnale altenna, appena scoperte le lenzuola notavamo subito peli e capelli, cosi cambiavamo la stanza, la prima notte mancava anche l acqua di cortesia, dal bidet usciva un filo d acqua a dir poco scabroso, la colazione era buona con prodotti del frutteto, ma questo non basta a giustificare un prezzo da hotel di milano centro (180 euro 2 notti?). The entrance gate was broken, the room had no air conditioning, there was no soap in the bathroom, there was a broken fan, the TV was very small and lacked an aerial signal, as soon as the sheets were uncovered we immediately noticed hair and hair, so we changed the room, the first night there was also no courtesy water, a trickle of water came out of the bidet, to say the least rough, the breakfast was good with products from the orchard, but this is not enough to justify a hotel price in central Milan (180 euro 2 nights?). R	Roberta Dazeo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senza infamia e senza lode....buonissimi i carciofi ma con troppo olio.per il resto ripeto nulla di super eccezionale ma per riempire la pancia va bene Without infamy and without praise .... the artichokes are delicious but with too much oil. For the rest I repeat nothing super exceptional but to fill the belly it's okay

La struttura è immersa nel verde, le stanze arredare in modo rustico, sono pulite e curate…la piscina, dalla quale si vede in lontananza il mare, è una oasi di pace, pulita e curatissima!! Il ristorante?? Le verdure provengono dall’orto, la pasta è fatta a mano, la carne alla brace una rara prova dell’esistenza di divinità superiori, i dolci fatti in casa così come i distillati prodotti nella distilleria di famiglia!!! Si può chiedere di più??? E poi c’è Stefania, padrona di casa impeccabile che ti accontenta in tutto e che ci è parso conoscere da una vita… circondata dalla sua famiglia…due figli splendidi ed una mamma il cui sguardo dolce e i bacini mandati mentre andavamo via mi resteranno nel cuore!!! Torneremo presto e consigliamo a tutti di passare anche solo per un pranzo o una cena in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso, magari dopo una bella passeggiata nella splendida Cerveteri o una visita alla spettacolare necropoli etrusca !!!! We stayed here for a weekend looking for coolness and relaxation !!! We found much much more !! The structure is surrounded by greenery, the rooms are furnished in a rustic way, they are clean and well-kept ... the swimming pool, from which you can see the sea in the distance, is an oasis of peace, clean and well-kept !! The restaurant?? The vegetables come from the garden, the pasta is handmade, the grilled meat a rare proof of the existence of superior divinities, the homemade desserts as well as the spirits produced in the family distillery !!! Can you ask for more ??? And then there is Stefania, an impeccable hostess who satisfies you in everything and who we seemed to have known for a lifetime ... surrounded by her family ... two splendid children and a mother whose sweet look and the basins sent while we were leaving will remain in my heart!!! We will be back soon and we recommend everyone to go even just for a lunch or dinner in this little corner of paradise, perhaps after a nice walk in the splendid Cerveteri or a visit to the spectacular Etruscan necropolis !!!!

Ristorante ottimo con cibo fantastico. Piscina incantevole ideale per rilassarsi. Camere ben strutturate e i prodotti tipici del dell'agriturismo sono buonissimi e a km 0..Un grazie ancora a Stefania per il magnifico soggiorno che ci ha fatto passare questa settimana. Grazie di cuore. The structure is very well maintained and Mrs. Stefania is a very kind person and does everything she can to make you feel at home. Great restaurant with fantastic food. Lovely pool ideal for relaxing. Well structured rooms and the typical products of the farm are very good and at km 0 .. Thanks again to Stefania for the wonderful stay that made us spend this week. Thank you with all my heart.

Portico esterno in legno dove mangiare in giornata di sole ma anche con assenza di pioggia, la struttura in tufo tipica etrusca, la sala interna, appena entri ti da la sensazione di esserci già stato, conduzione familiare antipasto sostanzioso caldo e freddo, ho preso tagliolino funghi e salsiccia squisito. Cinghiale pollo alla brace mio figlio amaro al carciofo con ciambelline al vino. Un bel 9!!!!! Enchanting place, on the Cerveteri hill with breathtaking sea view !! External wooden porch where you can eat on a sunny day but also with no rain, the typical Etruscan tuff structure, the internal room, as soon as you enter it gives you the feeling of having already been there, family-run hearty hot and cold appetizer, I took tagliolino delicious mushrooms and sausage. Boar grilled chicken my son bitter artichoke with wine donuts. A nice 9 !!!!!

Cibi ottimi al ristorante serviti con gentilezza. Prezzi modici. Da consigliare Excellent farmhouse in a quiet and secluded location. Warm welcome from the smiling hostess. Excellent food at the restaurant served with kindness. Moderate prices. To be recommended
