Hanno anche prodotti del loro orto, farine e pasta di loro produzione. Hanno anche una discreta offerta di prodotti di altre aziende bio che producono latticini e prodotti che non producono loro in loco. Buona qualità, cortesia e molta disponibilità. Fanno anche consegne a domicilio in zona e per le persone di Roma sono organizzati con i GAS. Organic farm for many years, it has a shop for beef (tolfetane) and pork. Della qualità non ne parliamo, il sapore riaccende ricordi di gioventù. Il personale non è assolutamente senza guanti, anzi era super attento , molto preciso . Ho trovato correttezza, tantissima varietà e qualità dei prodotti, finalmente si risentono i sapori autentici. Ampia scelta di marche biologiche più o meno conosciute e prezzi onesti. Ritengo che per essere andata via con 3 buste piene i prezzi erano onesti e giusti, ho speso di più in altri posti dove poi alla fine non erano poi così attenti al biologico . Invece sono pienamente soddisfatta e questa azienda andrebbe lodata ! It is a beautiful reality. A place to shop makes you feel ethically good. Si passa però tra i bovini che pascolano liberi. La qualità della carne merita sicuramente “lo sforzo subito dalle sospensioni”. Rispettosi delle normative Covid, attenti ai bisogni e alla sicurezza del cliente. Il mio BBQ ringrazia. Che dire, basta vedere le mucche al pascolo lungo la strada che porta all'azienda, per rendersi conto che, in questo caso, il termine "bio" non è un'etichetta appiccicata a caso, ma corrisponde alla realtà. Carne ottima, mi ricorda i sapori dell'infanzia, prezzi vantaggiosissimi, dai 13 ai 17 euro al kg, rispetto alle macellerie. Del resto, su ogni scontrino, viene indicato il tipo di animale, col suo numero di serie, l'età e, naturalmente, la certificazione bio. E poi la qualità della carne si vede in cottura, non caccia acqua e non si restringe. Consigliatissima. Anche il posto merita una visita, profumo di campagna e uno splendido panorama sul mare. What can I say, it is enough to see the cows grazing along the road that leads to the company, to realize that, in this case, the term "bio" is not a label stuck at random, but corresponds to reality. Excellent meat, it reminds me of the flavors of childhood, very advantageous prices, from 13 to 17 euros per kg, compared to butchers. Moreover, on each receipt, the type of animal is indicated, with its serial number, age and, of course, the organic certification. And then the quality of the meat is seen in cooking, it does not chase water and it does not shrink. Highly recommended. The place is also worth a visit, the scent of the countryside and a splendid view of the sea.
