★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solo carni locali, ottimo il maiale nero. Il colore della carne è quello di una volta, niente vitella bianca slavata del supermercato, ma che, come è giusto che sia, abbia quasi lo stesso colore del manzo!
Peccato che non provengano da allevamenti grass fed
Only local meats, excellent black pork. The color of the meat is that of the past, no white washed veal from the supermarket, but which, as it should be, is almost the same color as the beef!
