We expected a simple room. We found ourselves in a nice apartment. We globetrotter x vacation and x work, if we always found this ....... ??

Colazione più che abbondante, Rita ed Antonio, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra. Prezzo più che giusto, vista l'offerta. Consigliato. Beautiful facility, large and clean room, spectacular ensuite bathroom, almost larger than the room, with separate whirlpool tub and sinks, very clean. Breakfast more than abundant, Rita and Antonio, made us feel at home. Price more than fair, given the offer. Recommended.
V	Valentina Di Prete on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luogo incantevole, ben organizzato, titolari cortesi e disponibili. Le camere sono tutte con bagno, aria condizionata, tv, nuove e strapulite. Colazione ottima in veranda che si affaccia sul curatissimo giardino. Per l'estate c'è piscina e possibilità di utilizzare giochi per bambini. Vicinissimo a Roma (35 km), ma comunque in zona archeologica di massimo interesse (insediamento etrusco). Grazie Rita e Antonio!!! Lovely place, well organized, friendly and helpful owners. The rooms are all with bathroom, air conditioning, TV, new and strapulite. Excellent breakfast on the veranda overlooking the well-kept garden. For the summer there is a swimming pool and the possibility of using games for children. Very close to Rome (35 km), but still in the most interesting archaeological area (Etruscan settlement). L	Luca Di Nardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente molto familiare. Proprietari molto gentili. Immerso nel verde, molto silenzioso, è molto curato. Stanze ristrutturate da poco, materasso super comodo. Ambienti freschi (e climatizzati). Nel complesso molto carino. Piscina super pulita seppur piccolina, ma per il ridotto numero di persone è più che sufficiente. Insomma, per un weekend relax, a due passi dal mare, super consigliato. Very familiar environment. Very nice owners. Surrounded by greenery, very quiet, it is well cared for. Recently renovated rooms, super comfortable mattress. Cool (and air-conditioned) environments. Overall very nice. Super clean though small pool, but for the small number of people it is more than enough. In short, for a relaxing weekend, a stone's throw from the sea, super recommended.

Colazione abbondante e i proprietari sono amabili. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Excellent stay, the rooms are small, well-equipped and comfortable apartments, an outdoor swimming pool and a well-kept and much appreciated garden. Hearty breakfast and the owners are lovely. We will definitely be back!

Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte per la nostra sosta prima di prendere il traghetto per Civitavecchia verso la Sicilia. La coppia di proprietari è veramente di una gentilezza indescrivibile. Inoltre la camera era pulita e accogliete. Durante la nostra visita ad Ostia antica abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in camera. Super consigliato!!! Dobbiamo ritornarci per gustare della quiete che circonda questo b&b ed esplorare l'entroterra con i suoi siti etruschi. ❤️ A wonderful house immersed in the countryside. Beautiful and truly peaceful place. We only stayed one night for our stop before taking the ferry to Civitavecchia to Sicily. The couple of owners are truly indescribable kindness. The room was also clean and welcoming. During our visit to Ostia Antica we were able to leave our luggage in the room. Super recommended !!! We must return to enjoy the quiet that surrounds this b & b and explore the hinterland with its Etruscan sites. ❤️
