Gentilissima, preparata e umana è persino riuscita a prenotarmi per l'open Day del vaccino monodose. Io non ero a conoscenza di questa opportunità e lei si è prodigata a informarmi. Tutte bravissime in questa farmacia ma lei davvero speciale. Ce ne fossero di persone così nei posti di lavoro! Grazie I sincerely thank the Doctor who registered the reservations for the anticovid vaccine this afternoon. Very kind, prepared and humane, she even managed to book me for the single-dose vaccine open day. I was not aware of this opportunity and she went out of her way to inform me. All very good in this pharmacy but she is very special. There were some people like that in the workplace! Thank you

Mi sono trovato bene le altre volte ma molto probabilmente ho trovato l'unica volta che non erano disponibili e ci puo' stare.....ma qui si tratta di umanita' e di buon senso , non sono riuscito ad avere un appuntamento per il tampone e ok ma sono andato li e ho chiesto gentilmente un favore per farlo anche senza perche' mi serviva per lavorare e sottolineo per lavorare ma senza passare davanti ovviamente ai prenotati ma niente da fare. E fra l'altro ho trovato una farmacista con i capelli rossi alquanto menefrighista mi viene da dire anche . Quando avro' bisogno penso che questa sia una delle farmacie che non ci tornero' piu' . I was happy the other times but most likely I found the only time that they were not available and it can be ..... but this is about humanity and common sense, I was unable to have an appointment for the swab is ok but I went there and I kindly asked for a favor to do it even without because I needed it to work and I stress to work but obviously without passing in front of the booked but nothing to do. And among other things, I found a rather indifferent red-haired pharmacist, I would also like to say. When I need it, I think this is one of the pharmacies that I will never go back to.

Per scelta non fanno tamponi, anche per fine quarantena, ai bambini sotto i 10 anni, così come affermato telefonicamente da voce femminile. Non credo possano fare tali discriminazioni, nonostante il super lavoro al quale sono sottoposte tutte le farmacie. Chissà... Magari qualcuno lo farà a loro presente... Sicuramente una caduta di stile... Grumpy owner unlike almost all the collaborators, professional and courteous ....
