P	Paola Stella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata per il tampone rapido alla Farmacia Santa Maria del Monte. MI avevano dato appuntamento ma una volta arrivata mi hanno detto di mettermi in coda. Ho aspettato mezz'ora, se lo avessi saputo sarei andata in una farmacia più vicina a casa. Il peggio comunque è venuto al momento del tampone. Non c'è possibilità di sedersi, bisogna sporgere il proprio naso da una finestrella, la farmacista dentro all'edificio, di lato e senza poter guardare direttamente le cavità nasali infila tutto il tampone e lo agita con energia dentro le narici. Tutti i pazienti testati che ho potuto vedere hanno pianto dopo il trattamento. E' stato il tampone più doloroso che abbia fatto a Cesena o in Germania, dove risiedo. Un'ultima nota personale. Quando ho detto che avrei lasciato una recensione su google, in caso di tampone eseguito con delicatezza o meno, mi hanno risposto che non sono una pizzeria e non hanno bisogno di recensioni. I waited half an hour, if I had known I would have gone to a pharmacy closer to home. The worst, however, came at the time of the swab. There is no possibility to sit down, you have to stick your nose out of a window, the pharmacist inside the building, from the side and without being able to look directly at the nasal cavities, puts the whole tampon and shakes it energetically inside the nostrils. All the tested patients I could see cried after the treatment. It was the most painful swab I have done in Cesena or in Germany, where I live. One last personal note. When I said that I would leave a review on google, in case of swab performed gently or not, they replied that I am not a pizzeria and do not need reviews. Make vobis.
