★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preso, non da me, un integratore alimentare (in buste) sbagliato, ho provato a restituirlo un giorno per l'altro (preso il sabato e tentata restituzione il lunedì). La confezione è ovviamente integra e mai aperta ma il prodotto non è stato accettato con la scusa che è passato troppo tempo e adesso fa caldo e chissà come lo avrò conservato. L'avrò tenuto in forno? L'avrò messo sul balcone fra le piante?
Comportamento veramente ridicolo e ipocrita pur di arraffare.
In centro è pieno di farmacie, vi consiglio di fare cento metri e arrivare a una di quelle in prossimità. Io sicuramente lo farò.
 I took a wrong food supplement (in bags), not by me, I tried to return it one day for the other (taken on Saturday and attempted return on Monday). The package is obviously intact and never opened but the product was not accepted with the excuse that too much time has passed and now it is hot and who knows how I will have stored it. Will I have kept it in the oven? Will I have put it on the balcony among the plants?
Truly ridiculous and hypocritical behavior in order to grab.
In the center is full of pharmacies, I recommend you walk a hundred meters and get to one of those nearby. I definitely will.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato da sempre un cliente della farmacia santini molto affezionato e soddisfatto li ho sempre trovato tutto quello che mi serviva ,ma con la nuova gestione le cose purtroppo sono cambiate , ho chiesto un aerosol allo iodio chi era al banco mi ha detto che non esiste con aria di sbalordita .Sono uscito e mi sono rivolto a una piccola farmacia che alla mia richiesta ha guardato al computer e subito mi ha trovato quanto io avevo chiesto .Sicuramente con la vecchia gestione del 'impagabile DOTTOR SANTINI questo non sarebbe successo

Ieri mattina verso le 9 sono stata in farmacia per prenotare la vaccinazione e una ragazza poco disponibile, senza neanche controllare al computer, mi ha mandata subito via dicendomi che non c'era possibilità perché i posti erano esauriti, invitandomi a ripassare nei giorni successivi. Dopo dieci minuti, il tempo di arrivare in un'altra farmacia, sono stata prenotata per il giorno e l'orario a me più comodi. Sono ritornata da Santini per chiedere spiegazioni ma, con arroganza, sono stata liquidata con delle puerili menzogne.
Incorrect, arrogant and rude staff. Yesterday morning around 9 I went to the pharmacy to book the vaccination and an unavailable girl, without even checking the computer, immediately sent me away telling me that there was no possibility because the places were sold out, inviting me to come back in the following days. After ten minutes, the time to get to another pharmacy, I was booked for the day and time most comfortable for me. I went back to Santini to ask for explanations but, with arrogance, I was liquidated with childish lies.
