4stelle dovute ad una problematica legata alla piccola città che è Cesena, ovvero non trovare sempre a disposizione, quello che ad una persona viene voglia di acquistare, ma nell'utilizzo quotidiano, quasi tutti i prodotti sono sempre disponibili.

4stars due to a problem related to the small city that is Cesena, or not always finding available, what a person wants to buy, but in everyday use, almost all products are always available.

Mi sono rivolto a loro per riparare un vecchio giradischi di famiglia a fine Novembre chiedendo un preventivo (mi sembra normale no?)...Passano le settimane, le festività ed a Gennaio mi ripresento senza essere stato mai nel frattempo contattato: il giradischi era stato "riparato" senza che nessuno mi avesse avvisato ed alla modica cifra di 120 euro (che non avrei mai speso se avessi potuto scegliere). Ovviamente il giradischi NON ERA FUNZIONANTE. Il normale sospetto che nessun lavoro fosse stato realizzato affatto (con annesso sentore di aver subito una truffa) accresceva ogni volta che mi ripresentavo per esigere notizie sulla riparazione che avevo a questo punto reclamato sotto garanzia: o mi veniva detto che il giradischi non era in negozio al momento, oppure che nessuno sapeva di cosa si trattasse (e via a rispiegare tutto) ma il peggio era che mi si diceva che sarei stato contattato....e niente. Ho ottenuto il mio prodotto riparato oggi, 23 maggio. ASSURDO. Un negozio dove non metterò più piede, poco seri e scortesi, al limite della denuncia per il livello di professionalità.
Terrible experience, really recommended. I turned to them to repair an old family turntable at the end of November asking for a quote (does it seem normal, right?) ... Weeks go by, the holidays and in January I come back without ever having been contacted in the meantime: the turntable was was "repaired" without anyone having warned me and the modest sum of 120 euros (which I would never have spent if I could choose). Obviously the turntable WAS NOT WORKING. The normal suspicion that no work had been done at all (with an inkling of having been scammed) increased every time I came back to demand news about the repair I had at this point claimed under warranty: or I was told that the turntable was not in shop at the moment, or that nobody knew what it was (and so on to explain everything) but the worst was that I was told that I would be contacted .... and nothing. I got my product repaired today, May 23. ABSURD. A shop where I will never set foot again, not very serious and unkind, at the limit of the complaint for the level of professionalism.

I ordered an item online right in the period of maximum National emergency, the package had a little delay related not to the store but to the courier and Luca was always present, bending over backwards to make sure the shipment was delivered.
