Ho avuto a ché fare con il sig Luca dove si è dimostrato sempre gentile disponibilità e professionale,ha risposto a tutte le mie domande e soprattutto l ho ha fatto in tempi celeri nonostante tutto ciò sia stato fatto al telefono. Mi ha cullato e portato all acquisto di uno strumento usato ,( da me scelto) che mi è arrivato in condizioni pari al nuovo ,celere nella spedizione con un imballo a prova di bomba. Si è pure prodicato a farmi scegliere l omaggio e di spontanea volontà mi ha inviato un simpatico gadget NOn posso fare altro che consigliare a tutti questo negozio dove vi trovate a realizzare i vostri acquisti anche fatti a distanza come se venissero fatti in negozio....grazie strumenti musicali de Luca consigliatissimo a tutti gli amanti di strumenti . Dopo aver constatato che era il miglio prezzo in rete e che lo strumento era disponibile l’ho contattato. Subito sono stato risposto via whatsapp e il sig Luca, disponibile e competente, ha cercato fin da subito di accontentare le mie richieste. Hanno cercato di spedire il giorno stesso dell’ordine (giovedì) ma il corriere era già passato a ritirare le spedizioni del giorno. La spedizione è stata poi effettuata il venerdì e la tastiera è arrivata lunedì. Imballo impeccabile e senza alcun difetto. Tutto perfetto. Quindi vi consiglio, dopo aver constatato che lo strumento è disponibile, di perfezionare l’eventuale ordine di mattina entro le 10, in modo da avere la spedizione nello stesso giorno. Personalmente, mi sento di consigliare al 100% Strumenti Musicali De Luca per uno strumento, un accessorio o anche per una semplice consultazione. 5 stars across the board ... They tried to ship the same day as the order (Thursday) but the courier had already picked up the day's shipments. The shipment was then made on Friday and the keyboard arrived on Monday.
