★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa farmacia a Passo Tonale è un disservizio ... per i turisti e per tutte le persone che necessitano di un servizio medico.....non è mai aperta.... nel pieno periodo di turismo come il mese di dicembre apre alle ore 16.00.....ho dovuto scendere a Ponte di legno per trovare una Farmacia aperta al mattino.....non ho parole...chiunque sia intenzionato a trascorrere una vacanza a Passo Tonale si porti da casa tutto il necessario per affrontare qualsiasi situazione anche banale come influenza o virus intestinale.....la farmacia è inesistente.
 This pharmacy in Passo Tonale is a disservice ... for tourists and for all people who need a medical service ..... it is never open .... in the full period of tourism as the month of December opens at 4.00 pm ..... I had to go down to Ponte di Legno to find a pharmacy open in the morning ..... I have no words ... anyone wishing to spend a holiday in Passo Tonale should bring everything they need from home face any situation, even trivial such as flu or intestinal virus ..... the pharmacy is non-existent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono il responsabile del personale e della farmacia succursale stagionale di Passo del Tonale, mi spiace fortemente per la recensione della sig.ra lorella motta, noi farmacisti sono decenni che ci impegnamo per dare un servizio efficiente e completo per circa 6 mesi all'anno, con tutte le difficolta' logistiche e meteo relative ad un passo alpino.
Puo' capitare saltuariamente qualche imprevisto nel regolare orario di apertura, dovuto a malattia o incidenti, tuttavia e' nostra premura evidenziare un riferimento telefpnico ben esposto in modo da relazionarsi con un farmacista H24.
Sarei felice di approfondire personalmente il problema sollevato dalla sig.Motta , perche' riteniamo non veritiera la sua recensione, sicuramente scaturita da un evento straordinario.
I am the personnel manager and the seasonal branch pharmacy of Passo del Tonale, I am very sorry for the review of Ms Lorella Motta, we pharmacists have been working for decades to provide an efficient and complete service for about 6 months a year, with all the logistic and weather difficulties related to an Alpine pass.
Can 'happen occasionally something unexpected in the regular opening hours, due to illness or accidents, however, and' our pleasure to highlight a reference telefpnico well exposed to relate to a H24 pharmacist.
I would be happy to personally investigate the issue raised by sig.Motta, 'cause we untruthful his review, surely resulted from an extraordinary event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata apposta facendo molti km a prendere un prodotto per la cura di neonati di cui avevo proprio bisogno e che non trovavo nei paesi vicini dopo che al telefono mi avevano garantito di averlo e che non riuscivo a trovare ma si erano INVENTATI le caratteristiche del prodotto che chiaramente volevano vendermi solo per guadagnare ( il prodotto era tutt altro rispetto a quanto millantato) PESSIMI e assolutamente DISONESTI
I went on purpose, traveling many miles to get a product for the care of newborns that I really needed and that I could not find in neighboring countries after they had guaranteed me to have it on the phone and that I could not find it but they had INVENTED the characteristics of the product who clearly wanted to sell me just to earn (the product was quite different from what was boasted) BAD and absolutely DISHONEST
