La farmacia San Lazzaro è una farmacia dove io mi sento a casa. Perché è lì che le persone lavorano con altre persone, e non con dei semplici pazienti. Il personale è di una gentilezza sconfinata ed è sempre pronto ad ascoltare le esigenze di tutti, anche a costo di "perdere" un po' più di tempo. Per quanto riguarda gli aspetti pratici, la farmacia è situata in una posizione geograficamente pratica ed è ben fornita, con tanto di distributore automatico, per qualunque esigenza a qualsiasi ora.
When I discovered I had a rare disease, Luisa was very close to me, and helped me more than anyone else to find a balance. The San Lazzaro pharmacy is a pharmacy where I feel at home. Because that's where people work with other people, not just patients. The staff is of boundless kindness and is always ready to listen to everyone's needs, even at the cost of "wasting" a little more time. As for the practical aspects, the pharmacy is located in a geographically practical position and is well stocked, complete with a vending machine, for any need at any time.
