★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispettata la prenotazione per il tampine anche se c'era molta gente in coda, applicato sconto ulteriore . Risposta telematica nei tempi concordati. Un organizzazione perfetta.
 The reservation for the tampine was respected even if there were many people in the queue, an additional discount was applied. Telematic response within the agreed time. A perfect organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito a Cumiana, tuttavia mi reco apposta quasi sempre in questa farmacia di Pinerolo perchè sono tutti molto preparati, gentili, disponibili,in particolare il giovane dottore che mi dà spesso ottimi consigli ed è sempre educatissimo(dissento totalmente e categoricamente con il parere espresso su di lui in una recensione) .
I live in Cumiana, however I almost always go to this pharmacy in Pinerolo on purpose because they are all very prepared, kind, available, in particular the young doctor who often gives me excellent advice and is always very polite (I totally and categorically disagree with the opinion expressed on of him in a review).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per un inconveniente dell'ultimo minuto io e mio marito abbiamo dovuto fare un tampone rapido ma non avevamo appuntamento e il giorno dopo era tutto pieno e non c'era posto. La dottoressa gentilissima e disponibile ce lo ha fatto fare subito rispettando procedure e tempi di attesa per la risposta nonostante fosse venerdì e pure tardo pomeriggio. Fantastico. Un aiuto preziosissimo. Grazie mille!
For a last minute inconvenience my husband and I had to do a quick swab but we had no appointment and the next day everything was full and there was no room. The very kind and helpful doctor made us do it immediately respecting procedures and waiting times for the answer even though it was Friday and also late afternoon. Fantastic. An invaluable help. A thousand thanks!

Piccola pecca però: il ragazzo giovane farmacista se la rideva mentre un signore anziano alla cassa insultava con frasi poco piacevoli come "questi unturi" riferito ai signori/e che attendevano fuori il proprio turno per il tampone. Mi sarebbe piaciuto che in quanto medico, avrebbe difeso gli altri signori che gentilmente avevano pagato il tampone e anche il suo stipendio; invece di ridere. Capisco la libertà di parola, ma vorrei che almeno i medici non discriminassero, grazie.
Very good and kind lady.
Small flaw though: the young pharmacist boy laughed while an elderly man at the cashier insulted with unpleasant phrases such as "these unturi" referring to the gentlemen who were waiting outside their turn for the tampon. I would have liked that as a doctor, he would have defended the other gentlemen who had kindly paid for the tampon and also his salary; instead of laughing. I understand free speech, but at least I would like doctors not to discriminate, thank you.

I membri dello staff sono totalmente professionale, molto cordiale, estremamente disponibile e si prende il tempo necessario per soddisfare le tue esigenze. La mia esperienza in altre farmacie locali di recente è stata esattamente l'opposto....non posso raccomandarli abbastanza.
Quite simply, this is the best pharmacy in Pinerolo, according to my experience. The staff members are totally professional, very friendly, extremely helpful and take the time to accommodate your needs. My experience in other local pharmacies recently has been just the opposite .... can't recommend them enough.
