★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dò 1 sola stella perché se ce ne fosse mezza metteri quella. Nulla da dire sulla gentilezza telefonica/in presenza del personale. Voto ZERO per feedback via mail (nessuno risponde), e voto -1 al Dottor Grosso di Gastroenterologia. Mai avuto un riscontro dopo la prima visita effettuata il 14/07 nonostante varie mail e telefonate. Spendete i soldi a Torino che è meglio.
I give only 1 star because if there were half you would put that one. Nothing to say about the kindness on the phone / in the presence of the staff. ZERO rating for email feedback (no one responds), and -1 grade for Doctor Grosso di Gastroenterologia. Never had a response after the first visit made on 14/07 despite several emails and phone calls. Spend the money in Turin which is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata dalla Dott.ssa Fagà : per 10 minuti di visita la prima volta 160 euro e per fare vedere le mie analisi in 5 minuti altri 110 euro... Mi sembra eccessivo e poco trasparente... Prima di consultare un medico sarebbe opportuno per i pazienti poter conoscere il tariffario per evitare queste spiacevoli sorprese.
I went to Dr. Fagà: for a 10 minute visit for the first time 160 euros and to show my analyzes in 5 minutes another 110 euros ... It seems excessive and not very transparent ... Before consulting a doctor it would be advisable for patients to be able to know the tariff to avoid these unpleasant surprises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata a fare la risonanza magnetica lombosacrale. Sono stati gentilissimi all'accettazione e molto cordiali.
Soffrendo di claustrofobia, il radiologo mi ha messa a mio agio e mi ha tranquillizzata.
Le immagini erano perfette, il referto è arrivato dopo 48 h e ho pagato 115 come mi era stato detto al telefono. Un prezzo molto onesto.
Consiglio vivamente se avete bisogno di una risonanza aperta.
I went for a lumbosacral MRI. They were very kind on acceptance and very friendly.
Suffering from claustrophobia, the radiologist put me at ease and reassured me.
The images were perfect, the report arrived after 48h and I paid 115 as I was told on the phone. A very fair price.
Highly recommend if you need an open resonance.
