★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono del posto ed entrare in una farmacia sconosciuta può essere un momento che ci può rendere insicuri per via dell'ambiente nuovo e non di fiducia ma devo dire che mi sono trovata davvero bene. Il farmacista che mi ha servita è stato davvero gentile e mi ha rassicurata molto riguardo il motivo della visita in farmacia; sicuramente mi ha vista ansiosa e, nonostante il mio stato, è riuscit* a spiegarmi certi dettagli del mio "problema" in modo chiaro e rassicurante.
Contenta di essere entrata, grazie del servizio.
I am not a local and entering an unknown pharmacy can be a moment that can make us insecure due to the new and untrustworthy environment but I must say that I found myself really well. The pharmacist who served me was really kind and reassured me a lot about the reason for visiting the pharmacy; surely he saw me anxious and, despite my state, was able to explain certain details of my "problem" in a clear and reassuring way.
