★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante il mio accesso di oggidavanti alle casse per affisso un cartello che impediva l'uso di carte di credito e bancomat per acquisti inferiori ai 25 euro. Ne ho pubblicato la foto poco fa.
Premesso che il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile faccio molta fatica a capire questa disposizione. Nello stesso locale sono opportunamente pubblicizzate le misure di distanziamento sociale e di limitazione dei contatti. È abbastanza evidente che il passaggio di mano in mano del contante possa essere veicolo per i virus. E se anche non ci fossero evidenze scientifiche, sarebbe saggio limitare questo mezzo, giusto per non saper né leggere né scrivere. Quantomeno dovrebbe essere lasciato al cliente la possibilità di scegliere.
L'unica spiegazione ad una disposizione di questo tipo - da vedere poi se consentita dalla legge - adottata da una FARMACIA - non può che essere di natura economica. E questo da parte di chi è in prima linea nell'evidenziare la necessità di tenere un comportamento conforme alle disposizioni sanitarie. È francamente cosa molto triste.

And even if there were no scientific evidence, it would be wise to limit this medium, just to be unable to read or write. At least the choice should be left to the customer.
The only explanation for a provision of this type - to be seen if permitted by law - adopted by a PHARMACY - can only be of an economic nature. And this on the part of those who are at the forefront of highlighting the need to behave in compliance with health regulations. It is frankly very sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dal cambio di gestione (fine 2020) il servizio purtroppo è peggiorato. Errori nel leggere le ricette (es. preparazioni di un solo farmaco, anzichè quanto riportato in ricetta), errori nelle codifiche delle preparazioni galeniche (con conseguente differenza di importo in scontrino fiscale). Mi spiace perchè sono cliente da parecchio e mi sono sempre trovata bene, facendo parecchi km per rifornirmi qui.

Errors in reading the recipes (eg preparations of a single drug, instead of what is reported in the recipe), errors in the encoding of galenic preparations (with consequent difference in the amount in the receipt). I'm sorry because I have been a customer for a long time and I have always enjoyed it, doing several km to refuel here.
