m	michela rocco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio di portare un uomo: non mi hanno fatto fare il giro dello showroom, mi hanno fatto vedere UN catalogo, in compenso mi hanno ripetuto almeno 4 volte che tutti gli articoli in vendita sono visibili sul sito I recommend bringing a man: they didn't show me around the showroom, they showed me ONE catalog, on the other hand they repeated to me at least 4 times that all the items for sale are visible on the site

Siamo scese al piano interrato dove le indicazioni dicevano che c'erano le cucine; luce spenta e non c'era nessuno. Siamo salite al primo piano e il personale presente non ci ha degnato di uno sguardo. Dopo aver girato per il reparto espositivo e aver aspettato che qualcuno si accorgesse di noi ( e sì che eravamo state viste dal personale che non era impegnato) abbiamo deciso di andarcene. Probabilmente hanno visto che non eravamo all'altezza dei loro prezzi e ci hanno snobbato. We went in and there was no one at the reception desk. We went down to the basement where the signs said there were kitchens; light off and nobody was there. We went up to the first floor and the staff present did not deign to look at us. After wandering around the exhibition area and waiting for someone to notice us (and yes we were seen by the staff who were not busy) we decided to leave. They probably saw that we weren't up to their prices and snubbed us.

Anche nella fase del montaggio sono stati super efficienti. Il miglior posto a Treviso per arredare casa. Courtesy, competence and a wide choice of brands. Marco was able to advise us in the best way to furnish the living area and the bedroom. Even in the assembly phase they were super efficient. The best place in Treviso to furnish your home.

Impeccabili e iper-professionali. Consigliatissimo!! We had a great time: from the support during the selection and definition of the furniture (with useful advice), up to the assembly at home (attention to detail during installation and perfect order once the work is completed). Flawless and hyper-professional. Highly recommended !!

Una poltrona Frau modello Oxford, del costo di svariate migliaia di euro, dopo 5 anni di normale uso ha perso il colore pulendola con i prodotti originali forniti insieme all’acquisto. Ho segnalato alla Ditta Ometto il problema con documentazione fotografica e mi hanno risposto che avrebbero riferito al produttore. Poi non mi hanno dato riscontro, nonostante sollecito. Non credo siano necessari commenti Over time, I have purchased an original Frau bed, sofa, four chairs, three armchairs, desk and bookcase at this shop, as well as a bed from a different leading company. An Oxford model Frau armchair, costing several thousand euros, after 5 years of normal use has lost its color by cleaning it with the original products supplied with the purchase. I reported the problem with photographic documentation to the Ometto Company and they replied that they would report to the manufacturer. Then they did not give me feedback, despite the reminder. I don't think any comments are needed
