Due settimane fa ho acquistato, su prenotazione, una mascherina Ffp2 al costo di 12 euro. Mi è stato detto che la mascherina andava usata per massimo otto ore, poi sanificata con soluzione alcolica. Poi poteva essere riutilizzata.
Dopo aver usato la mascherina tre volte per circa due ore, il metallo si è rotto. Ho chiamato la farmacia e una delle farmaciste mi ha detto che l’avrebbero sostituita. Ho fatto la fila e ho presentato la mascherina. La farmacista che mi ha servito ha detto che poteva succedere, che in ogni modo la mascherina durava solo otto ore (per dodici euro...) e che comunque loro, in farmacia, toglievano il metallo, così me ne ha strappato un pezzetto. A quel punto le ho ripreso la mascherina.

Two weeks ago I purchased, on reservation, an Ffp2 mask at a cost of 12 euros. I was told that the mask was to be used for up to eight hours, then sanitized with alcohol. Then it could be reused.
After using the mask three times for about two hours, the metal broke. I called the pharmacy and one of the pharmacists told me they would replace it. I queued up and presented the mask. The pharmacist who served me said that it could happen, that in any case the mask lasted only eight hours (for twelve euros ...) and that in any case they, in the pharmacy, removed the metal, so he tore a piece from me. At that point I took her mask back.
