But it's just a pizzeria
Really good pizza
But nothing special
The only thing gourmet here is the price.
Getting into more details..
I think they did not get the proofing right.
The dough was definetly too doughy, it wasn't airy at all, as a neapolitan pizza should be.
The quality of ingredients was top notch but i did not really like the proportions nor how they have used some of them (cold fresh burrata on a hot pizza means rancid cheese)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gourmet pizza is something to try that one can't explain. Get involved and understand the ingredients choices and you won't mind the higher price tag: 2 pizzas, wine and dessert around 50€. In my opinion is on point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gourmet pizza was very nice and special! Anyway we had some problems with the service as we got the pizza prior to the drinks and this is not normal. When we asked for having them as soon as possible it took more than five minutes. When we had our beers we had already more than half of the meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good pizza, the service was ok. But I’ve tried many different gourmet pizzas and this was wasn’t good enough to be called like that.
It’s my personal opinion.
I don’t think I’ll go there on purpose again, but if you’re near and you are thinking about stopping here to eat, it’s not a bad choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent "Gourmet pizza's". Possibly the nicest waiter I have EVER encountered. I think he was the owner or manager. I highly recommend! Not you normal flatbread pizza you get so often in Italy.

Beautiful classic pizza and gourmet slices! Do yourself a favour and try the mini bignè with zabaione afterwards
