Non avevo inserito un prodotto omaggio nel carrello, mi hanno richiamato per farmelo scegliere, onesti oltre che ben disponibili! Pacco arrivato velocissimo, tutto perfetto ;)
I was having some problems placing an order online, they solved it on the fly with a couple of phone calls. I had not included a free product in the cart, they called me back to make me choose, honest as well as well available! Parcel arrived very fast, everything perfect;)

Senza contare la quantità di persone all’interno del locale, a dir poco oltre la norma
Insistent organization: I booked a buffer 10 days in advance and I found myself with 1.45h of queue with people without a reservation…. Not even the correctness of advising that reservations were skipped
Not to mention the amount of people inside the venue, to say the least beyond the norm

Contattato la Farmacia che si è subito attivata per risolvere il problema....che si è risolto in un attimo. Assolutamente consigliato per serietà gentilezza e puntualità ed affidabilità. Molto molto soddisfatto, comportamento esemplare.
Purchased product online, and there were minor problems with the courier delivery. Contacted the Pharmacy who immediately activated to solve the problem .... which was solved in an instant. Absolutely recommended for seriousness, kindness and punctuality and reliability. Very very satisfied, exemplary behavior.

Also available and efficient on Sundays depending on the shifts, and ready to check product availability in the warehouses. We were looking for a drug for a person unable to move and they did their best.
