Da consigliare ad ogni gourmet, parola di nipote del più celebre gastronomo torinese...., abituato al buon cibo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gastronomia storica di Biella, talmente conosciuta che parrebbe inutile decantarne i pregi. Scelta vastissima, impossibile uscire a mani vuote o senza aver trovato ciò che si cercava. I preparati di gastronomia possono risultare cari, se rapportati ad un supermercato, ma la qualità ed il sapore giustificano tale differenza. Certamente consigliato. Buon appetito.
Historic gastronomy of Biella, so well known that it would seem useless to praise its merits. Huge choice, impossible to go out empty-handed or without having found what you were looking for. Gastronomy preparations can be expensive, when compared to a supermarket, but the quality and flavor justify this difference. Certainly recommended. Enjoy your meal.
