★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Macelleria - gastronomia è dire poco o niente. Entrare in questo negozio significa fare un salto nei sapori, nei profumi, nella cortesia, nell'assaggio dei prodotti tanti e ottimi. Pluripremiato per la produzione del salame all'Amarone (una bontà!). Tra le tante cose ci trovate pure le uova della "grisa" (un tipo di gallina) , uova maculate.
Butcher - gastronomy means little or nothing. Entering this shop means taking a leap in flavors, aromas, courtesy, in tasting the many and excellent products. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ antica bottega a Negrar con ottimi prodotti gastronomici, specie le sopresse prodotte da loro. Però mancanza di igiene sia sui pavimenti sia sui banconi dove poggiano salumi e formaggi. Personale un pò distaccato, quasi neanche salutano. A volte non è sufficiente avere prodotti buoni, se il restante........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza gastronomica da programmare assolutamente durante una gita nella Valpolicella. Varcata la soglia del negozio, il profumo degli insaccati già da sola é un esperienza fantastica... Il personale é molto cordiale e propone assaggi dei salumi artigianali pluripremiati. Ottimo il salame all'Amarone e la carne salata.
Per fortuna l'orario di chiusura alle 13 permette anche ai ritardatari di arrivare in tempo.

The staff is very friendly and offers tastings of award-winning artisanal salami. Amarone salami and salted meat are excellent.
Fortunately, the closing time at 1 pm also allows latecomers to arrive on time.
