Inoltre, dopo aver ordinato del materiale e essendo stata assicurata che sarebbe arrivato entro pochi giorni non solo non è arrivato ma continuavano a dirmi "arriva domani" .... Non è mai arrivato. Sconsigliato!!
Rude shop assistants (especially the one with short hair!), Do not say hello when I enter and always annoyed! Also, after ordering some material and being assured it would arrive within a few days not only did it not arrive but they kept telling me "arrive tomorrow" .... It never came. Not recommended !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questo negozio per consegnare un pacco DHL (visto che sul sito DHL questo negozio è abilitato al ritiro di pacchi da inviare con DHL). Il mio pacco non è stato accettato con la scusa che la DHL a Verona non ritira più i pacchi poichè è chiusa a causa Covid.
Mi sono dovuta recare in un altro DHL point fuori dal mio comune (nonostante oggi tutta l'Italia fosse zona arancione) che ha accettato subito il mio pacco e mi ha detto che non è assolutamente vero, ma che sono solo pieni di lavoro ma i ritiri e le consegne avvengono regolarmente.
Almeno avvisate o toglietevi come DHL point così una persona non perde tempo a venire da voi ma sceglie un'altra sede senza perdere tempo e fare mille giri.
I went to this shop to deliver a DHL package (since on the DHL website this shop is enabled to collect packages to be sent with DHL). My package was not accepted with the excuse that DHL in Verona no longer collects the packages as it is closed due to Covid.
I had to go to another DHL point out of my town (despite the fact that today all of Italy was the orange zone) who immediately accepted my package and told me that it is absolutely not true, but that they are just full of work but i collections and deliveries take place regularly.
At least warn or remove yourself as a DHL point so a person doesn't waste time coming to you but chooses another location without wasting time and making a thousand laps.
