Non ho potuto reclamare subito perché ho usufruito del loro servizio notturno e mi era impossibile andarci nuovamente e reclamare di quanto accaduto. Avendo ricevuto i medicinali in busta chiusa da uno sportellino, non avevo verificato subito, ma non pensavo neanche che fosse necessario.
