★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo sfogo da condividere: farmacia di San Giuseppe a Vigliano (di fronte al Lidl): vado con una impegnativa di mio figlio (bimbo di 1anno) per 3 medicine. Me ne danno due per bambini ed una x adulto (goccie naso). La prima sera dopo aver usato le goccie mi viene il dubbio visto il colore scuro ed il beccuccio rigido e leggendo il bugiardino apprendo che quel medicinale è vietato a bimbi al di sotto di 12 anni. Vado quindi in farmacia a riferire dell'errata consegna. Risposta del resp. della farmacia: sull'impegnativa non è precisato 0-12anni, errore del dottore. Domanda: e per lei è normale che arrivo con un'impegnativa di un bimbo di 1 anno, e ricevo 2 medicine per bimbi ed 1 medicina x adulto?
Risposta farmacia: in casi borderline ci possono essere impegnative miste bimbo-adulto. Potete immaginarvi il mio sfogo di fronte agli altri clienti ?
Conclusione: la farmacia di San Giuseppe ha perso come clienti per lo meno la mia famiglia. Come in tutti i settori, proprio nelle situazioni dove la componente umana viene chiamata in causa, si ha modo di percepire il valore di una persona o istituto o commercio.
Che tristezza, per un medicinale dal costo di meno di 10€ ☹
Small outlet to share: San Giuseppe pharmacy in Vigliano (in front of the Lidl): I go with a demanding one of my son (1 year old) for 3 medicines. They give me two for children and one for adults (nose drops). The first evening after using the drops I doubt if I saw the dark color and the stiff spout and reading the leaflet I learn that that medicine is forbidden for children under 12 years. So I'm going to the pharmacy to report the wrong delivery. Reply of the resp. from the pharmacy: 0-12 years are not specified on the order, doctor's error. Question: is it normal for you that I arrive with a 1-year-old child's request, and I receive 2 medicines for children and 1 medicine for adults?
Pharmacy response: in borderline cases there may be challenging mixed child-adult. You can imagine my outburst in front of other customers ?
Conclusion: the San Giuseppe pharmacy has lost my family as customers at least. As in all sectors, precisely in situations where the human component is called into question, there is a way of perceiving the value of a person or institution or business.
How sad, for a medicine costing less than € 10 ☹
