★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto gentili ma pessima esperienza con il tampone effettuato domenica, eseguito con una violenza mai provata prima. Ho fatto diversi tamponi più o meno fastidiosi ma mai mai mai sono stati violenti nell'eseguirli, per dare l'idea ha sbattuto le uova dentro il mio povero naso. Ho avuto dolore sulla parte alta e alla testa per i due giorni successivi. Veramente pessima esperienza.

per la sua sgarbatezza, sopratutto con i bambini, non sa minimamente quale sia la delicatezza nel fare il tampone ad un bambino e pecca completante nella gentilezza delle maniere con ogni tipo di persone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato nella odierna giornata all'ora di pranzo in questa farmacia ed ho trovato personale altamente qualificato, cortese e professionale; dalla signora meno giovane, alla dottoressa con la carnagione più scura al tocco magico della sorridente dottoressa Fabiola. Non abito più vicino a tale farmacia ma ogi volta che potrò diventerà un riferimento ineludibile per me, perchè il merito va premiato. Complimenti al proprietario per la scelta dei suoi collaboratori.
I went to this pharmacy today at lunchtime and found highly qualified, courteous and professional staff; from the less young lady, to the doctor with the darker complexion to the magic touch of the smiling doctor Fabiola. I don't live nearer to this pharmacy but every time I can it will become an unavoidable reference for me, because the merit must be rewarded. Congratulations to the owner for choosing his collaborators.

Proprio qualche sera fa, avevo dimenticato di dover fare un tamone per la mattina seguente, ho chiamato alle 18.50 mentre stavano per chiudere ma mi hanno detto di andare lo stesso. La farmacia della dottoressa Francesca è ancora un pó come quella del paese, dove c'è ancora un rapporto tra paziente e il dottore e non cliente e farmacista. Tutta l'equipe è brava e disponibile. Io mi sento di consigliarla, fermo restando che può accadere di incappare in una giornata no, ma su 375 giorni qualcuna ci può pure stare, o no? Al contrario, quanti clienti sarebbero da raccomandare, e quanti no? Come in tutto ci vuole pazienza e pensare di non essere ul nemino di nessuno.
Without doubt one of the most helpful and kind pharmacies in the whole area. Just a few nights ago, I forgot I had to make a tamone for the next morning, I called at 18.50 as they were about to close but they told me to go anyway. Doctor Francesca's pharmacy is still a bit like that of the town, where there is still a relationship between the patient and the doctor and not the client and the pharmacist. The whole team is good and helpful. I would like to advise you, it being understood that it can happen to run into a bad day, but on 375 days someone can also stay there, or not? Conversely, how many customers would be recommended, and how many not? As in everything, it takes patience and thinking that you are nobody's nemino.
