★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La farmacista più anziana è molto maleducata e incompetente. Mi serviva fare il tampone. L'ho sentito arrivare fino al cervello, mi ha graffiato tutto il naso, ho dovuto piangere per farla fermare. Non ho trovato le forze per fare la seconda narice perché la prima ha cominciato di sanguinare. Invece di chiedere scusa, mi ha aggredita verbalmente davanti a tutti, con gli occhi fuori di orbite. I soldi ovviamente li ha trattenuti. Un atteggiamento talmente aggressivo non ho mai riscontrato.
The older pharmacist is very rude and incompetent. I needed to swab. I felt it go up to my brain, it scratched my whole nose, I had to cry to make it stop. I didn't find the strength to make the second nostril because the first started to bleed. Instead of apologizing, he verbally assaulted me in front of everyone, his eyes bulging. The money obviously withheld them. I have never encountered such an aggressive attitude.
