★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cordiali preparati. Mi piace molto anche la consulenza che fanno quando suggeriscono rimedi omeopatici o naturali. Durante il covid mi hanno portato i farmaci e anche se non avevo potuto fare il bonifico immediato si sono fidati. Meritano 5 stelle!
Friendly preparations. I also really like the advice they give when they suggest homeopathic or natural remedies. During the covid they brought me the drugs and even if I hadn't been able to make the immediate transfer they trusted me. They deserve 5 stars!

Prezzi più alti rispetto ad altre farmacie.
Potevate anche fare uno sforzo e contribuire a tamponi e vaccini.
I don't like the renovation there is no privacy, noisy environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una volta trovavi gentilezza e competenza, ora trovi solo gente che vuole vendere prodotti. Zero empatia e zero privacy sulle richieste dei clienti, ti rispondono ad alta voce e tutti sentono i fatti tuoi. Sono molto più educati i commessi dei discount!
Once you found kindness and competence, now you only find people who want to sell products. Zero empathy and zero privacy on customer inquiries, they answer you out loud and everyone hears your business. Discounts clerks are much more polite!

Per la cortesia e la professionalità di tutte le dottoresse, per la pazienza di Alessia nel consigliare i prodotti per una pelle diversamente giovane, per il valore dell'ascolto che è praticato costantemente con competenza e umanità.
C'è sempre tutto, altrimenti un trillo di telefono e Franco prontissimo ad avvisare dell'arrivo di medicinali soprattutto omeopatici un po' particolari. Grazie a voi tutte e tutti
