s	sebi verro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho notato una certa scortesia verso chi fa i tamponi, specie da parte del personale femminile, ho sentito alcuni commenti spiacevoli che sinceramente non capisco visto si tratta di un servizio facoltativo (e a pagamento) ed ognuno ha i suoi motivi, anche seri, per doverlo fare. Tre stelle per la media con il personale maschile invece, sempre impeccabile, anche per la migliore manualità che hanno nell'esecuzione dei tamponi. Il tampone in caso di esenzione va segnalato come tale al momento della registrazione e non è possibile farlo a posteriori, inoltre è stato emesso anche scontrino fiscale." ecco la loro risposta. Le ho chiesto dei test anti Covid da fare a casa, pagati il doppio rispetto ad altre farmacie (9,80€), in media si aggirano sui 5€. Quando le ho chiesto se era possibile detrarli, scocciata mi ha preso la tessera sanitaria dalle mani per poi restituirmela buttandola sul bancone. Assistenza clienti pessima.
