Il giorno dopo tolgo le batterie e lo vado a restituire, mi viene detto che vogliono le batterie per provare che non funziona, ma dico io sono io a dover rendere conto a loro o sono loro a dover rendere conto a me ?
I bought an oximeter, the employee told me that if it didn't work I could return it, I buy the batteries I get home I try it, as it happens it doesn't work. The next day I take out the batteries and go to return it, I'm told they want the batteries to prove it doesn't work, but I say am I accountable to them or am I accountable to me?

Non è stata concepita una gestione delle file che garantisca la sicurezza delle persone e i tempi di attesa sono esageratamente lunghi. Personale disorganizzato e non formato, ad eccezione di coloro che eseguono i tamponi.
Per eseguire il tampone ci sono voluti 40 minuti di attesa avendo solo 6 persone davanti e l'attesa per i risultati ha richiesto altri 45 minuti. Sconsiglio di effettuare tamponi in questa farmacia.
Bad organization in the execution of the swabs which is confirmed week by week. No queue management has been conceived to guarantee the safety of people and waiting times are exaggeratedly long. Disorganized and untrained staff, with the exception of those who perform tampons.
To perform the swab it took 40 minutes of waiting with only 6 people in front and waiting for the results took another 45 minutes. I do not recommend taking tampons in this pharmacy.
