★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero stato lo scorso 1 dicembre per una emergenza personale. Ero molto agitato anche perché il rischio battibecchi nei negozi è altissimo. In questa farmacia ho avvertito il rischio. Non è successo nulla ma il commesso al banco mi ha fatta cattiva impressione, impressione istintiva voglio dire.
I was last December 1st for a personal emergency. I was also very agitated because the risk of bickering in the shops is very high. In this pharmacy I felt the risk. Nothing happened but the clerk at the counter made a bad impression on me, an instinctive impression I mean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima farmacia. C'è sempre la coda. Molta ostilità verso il cliente, la dottoressa rasata in particolare invece di essere disponibile e cortese cerca di metterti il bastone fra le ruote. Il reparto profumeria ha prezzi stratosferici ingiustificati. Mille volte meglio la farmacia Centrale in carrugio
Bad pharmacy. There is always a queue. A lot of hostility towards the client, the shaved doctor in particular instead of being helpful and courteous tries to put a spanner in the works. The perfumery department has unjustified stratospheric prices. A thousand times better than the Central pharmacy in the alleyway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco attenti alle esigenze del cliente e alla fila. Molto lenti nonostante le 4 postazioni. Inoltre ritengo che la dott.sa che gestisce il bancone del reparto cosmetici dovrebbe occuparsi solo di questi in modo da smaltire prima la coda.
Little attentive to customer needs and the queue. Very slow despite the 4 stations. I also believe that the doctor who manages the counter in the cosmetics department should only take care of these in order to clear the queue first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto 2 stelle solo per il personale disponibile ed educato, tutti tranne una dottoressa (forse la titolare?), maleducata ed arrogante
1- si permette di chiedere il motivo della richiesta tampone asserendo che viene richiesto da tutte le farmacie: falso.
2- alla richiesta di stampare l'esito del tampone fa ostruzionismo dicendo che si può vedere dall'app.
3- non ha accettato la mia tessera sanitaria asserendo che non serve: falso
4- ho sentito criticare il cliente, in coda davanti a me, come un giovane che non usa la tecnologia, quindi una "testa vuota" solo perché ha richiesto la stampa del certificato.
Ma come si permette? Con tutti gli altri clienti in coda che ascoltano.
Veramente scandalosa.
I put 2 stars only for the helpful and polite staff, all except one doctor (perhaps the owner?), Rude and arrogant
1- allows you to ask for the reason for the buffer request, asserting that it is requested by all pharmacies: false.
2- when asked to print the result of the buffer, it obstructs saying that you can see it from the app.
3- did not accept my health card, claiming that it is not needed: false
4- I heard criticism of the customer, queued in front of me, as a young man who does not use technology, therefore an "empty head" just because he requested the printing of the certificate.
But how dare you? With all the other customers in the queue listening.
Really scandalous.

Ho avuto a che fare con praticamente tutto il personale e devo dire di aver trovato sempre disponibilità , attenzione e gentilezza. Spesso mi è stato consigliato un prodotto piuttosto di un altro e anche i miei “ pareri “ su certi articoli sono stati graditi.
La coda? Si mi è capitato ma onestamente ormai è così un po’ dappertutto… tanto più una farmacia.
Ho trovato la stessa disponibilità anche per quanto riguarda la richiesta di medicinali .
Pienamente soddisfatta.
I frequent this pharmacy because I find products for celiacs. I have dealt with practically all the staff and I must say that I have always found availability, attention and kindness. I was often recommended one product rather than another and my "opinions" on certain articles were also appreciated.
Tail? Yes, it happened to me but honestly now it's like this a little bit everywhere ... especially a pharmacy.
I also found the same willingness with regard to the request for medicines.
Fully satisfied.
