Hanno sbagliato uno scontrino addebitandomi oltre 5 euro in più e quando sono tornata per chiarimenti hanno detto che avrei dovuto accorgermene io e che loro ormai avevano già fatto lo scontrino. Hanno poi sistemato la faccenda e fatto un buono. Avrei preferito il rimborso per non ritornarci più. Niente di grave si intende, ma potrebbero essere più gentili e disponibili. Consiglio invece la Farmacia Centrale in carrugio, di tutt'altro livello sotto tutti gli aspetti. There is much better in Sestri. Staff not always courteous, sometimes hostile, as read in a previous review. They made a mistake on a receipt, charging me over 5 euros more and when I came back for clarification they said that I should have noticed it and that by now they had already made the receipt. They then settled the matter and made a coupon. I would have preferred a refund to never return. Nothing serious means, but they could be kinder and more helpful. Instead, I recommend the Central Pharmacy in the alley, of a completely different level in all respects.
