Non tutti possono o sanno apprezzare la lentezza in un mondo dove la velocità i giga di connessione gli ordini online la fanno da padrone. Prendiamoci le nostre pause e riappropriamoci del tempo che ci viene sottratto inconsapevolmente.
 It is a must in Sestri, frequented for a century by a clientele fond of the environment, the refined cups, the place where coffee is a ritual to be celebrated with elegant slowness. Not everyone can or know how to appreciate slowness in a world where speed and gigs of connection and online orders are king. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caffè storico di Sestri Levante, il caffè Centrale 1920 è uno splendido bar e un accogliente ritrovo. Stupende le tazze in cui vi verrà dato dell’ottimo caffè. Il bar è a pochi passi dal lungo mare e dalla famosa Baia del Silenzio. Il personale è sempre disponibile e cordiale. Consigliato per una colazione marinara o un break estivo.
