E non hanno voluto cambiarle con quelle giuste anche se non sono state aperte. Molto scortesi e per niente professionali. Sopratutto la signora bionda che mi ha servito. Non capiva nemmeno se le pastiglie fossero state aperte o fossero ancora sigillate... Mai più. Rude and they can't do their job. They gave me pads that didn't go well. Prenoto per un tampone e al momento del pagamento trovo dall'altra parte del bancone un signore sulla sessantina che inizia una accesa discussione sul perché non avevo fatto il vaccino,tirando in ballo i più disparati argomenti. Nel ricordargli che dovrebbe essere una persona "super partes" ed evitare moralismo in un momento in cui si fa fatica a fare accettare il proprio pensiero che,non me ne abbia il farmacista, rispetta comunque la legge,mi ricorderò di loro e della non professionalità anche a covid finito. Altrettanto non posso dire dell'infermiera che mi ha materialmente fatto il tampone: molto gentile, delicata e soprattutto non invadente con discorsi non pertinenti. Unkindness and arrogance. Il personale è molto qualificato e molto disponibile ad informare il cliente in modo discreto ed esaustivo. La struttura è dotata di parcheggio gratuito.

Svolgono questo servizio con grande professionalità e cortesia. F	Federica Bruni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata in questa farmacia dopo aver appreso la notizia che aveva aderito all'iniziativa in collaborazione con la Chicco e La Roche Posay di consegnare la baby box alle mamme. Quando ho fatto presente al farmacista che potevo richiederla anche senza una spesa minima come pubblicizzato, la risposta è stata che la consegnano solo alle clienti affezionate e che se non mi stava bene potevo anche cambiare farmacia poiché scelgono loro a chi consegnarla. Fermo restando che sono una loro cliente da due anni, ho trovato questo comportamento scortese e discriminatorio, certamente non in linea con lo spirito di questa iniziativa e cioè di consegnare la box a tutte le mamme che fanno richiesta. Pensare che le volte in cui mi recavo con mio figlio gli faceva pure i complimenti, forse non ci sono andata un numero sufficiente di volte per essere considerata loro cliente. Mi dispiace dover dire questo, ma un comportamento di questo tipo è scorretto. When I pointed out to the pharmacist that I could request it even without a minimum expense as advertised, the answer was that they only deliver it to loyal customers and that if it didn't suit me I could also change pharmacy since they choose who to deliver it to. Notwithstanding the fact that I have been a customer of theirs for two years, I found this rude and discriminatory behavior, certainly not in line with the spirit of this initiative and that is to deliver the box to all mothers who apply. To think that the times I went with my son he also complimented him, maybe I didn't go there enough times to be considered their client. I am sorry to have to say this, but such behavior is incorrect.
