★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si sono rifiutati di stampare l'esito del test COVID19 ad un anziano non residente e sprovvisto dei mezzi informatici per farselo stampare altrove adducendo come motivo "la mancanza di risorse". Collaborazione e cortesia zero. Davvero vergognoso.
They refused to print the outcome of the COVID19 test to an elderly non-resident and without computer means to have it printed elsewhere, citing "lack of resources" as the reason. Collaboration and zero courtesy. Really shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servizio impeccabile! La farmacia è stato presa d'assalto da tutti i bolzanini che dovevano fare il tampone di domenica per poter andare a lavorare il lunedì. Mentre le farmacie comunali erano chiuse, il dottore della Farmacia Ferrari ha deciso di aprire un ora prima per smaltire la fila e si è battuto per fare il tampone a tutti anche dopo l'orario! GRAZIE E COMPLIMENTI A TUTTI, DOTTORE E INFERMIERI!!!
An impeccable service! The pharmacy was stormed by all the citizens of Bolzano who had to swab on Sunday to be able to go to work on Monday. While the municipal pharmacies were closed, the doctor of the Ferrari Pharmacy decided to open an hour earlier to clear the queue and fought to swab everyone even after hours! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devono sostituire tutte le persone che lavorano in questa farmacia, fanno errori ad inserire dati, abbiamo fatto il tampone in 3 ma solo uno è riuscito ad avere il risultato invece gli altri no perché le persone che lavorano in questa farmacia sono incapaci a mandare un semplice risultato.

They have to replace all the people who work in this pharmacy, they make mistakes in entering data, we made the swab in 3 but only one managed to get the result but the others did not because the people who work in this pharmacy are unable to send a simple result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have done the COVID test for the Green pass at 1 p.m. today. I am not able to download the certificate because the pharmacy has made an error while inserting my data into the system (it's by far not the first time that this happens to me).
I live outside the town and have called the pharmacy to ask them to check the data in the system but they refused telling me to go to another pharmacy near my house (in the village where I live there is not even a supermarket, let alone a pharmacy).
I need the Green pass for 8 a.m. tomorrow morning and all they could offer me was to come back to Bolzano to the pharmacy and get the paper from them (the pharmacy opens at 8.30!). Why do I have to lose money because the pharmacy is not willing to respect my rights? Take the money and don't care for the outcome, even if it's their fault.
This is outrageous and irresponsible!
