★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado in questa farmacia perché è la più vicina a casa, digerendo malvolentieri i modi algidi, che rasentano la maleducazione, della signora di lingua tedesca. Da ieri la misura è colma pero: chiedo della tachipirina, per un malditesta atroce che mi tormenta da giorni, e se sia possibile misurare la pressione. Il diniego e soprattutto il modo in cui la farmacista mi si è rivolta, non hanno niente né di professionale, né di empatico.
I go to this pharmacy because it is the closest to home, reluctantly digesting the algid ways, bordering on rudeness, of the German-speaking lady. Since yesterday the measurement is full but: I ask for tachipirine, for an atrocious headache that has been tormenting me for days, and if it is possible to measure the pressure. The denial and above all the way in which the pharmacist addressed me have nothing professional or empathetic about it.
