Wir waren in Bozen im Urlaub und für die Rückreise nach Deutschland zwei COVID Tests gebraucht. Die Ergebnisse sollten uns per Email versendet werden und selbst nach einem zweiten Versuch hat es nicht funktioniert.
Erst beim dritten Mal haben wir es ausgedruckt bekommen.
Sehr schlecht organisiert. Also, Vorsicht geboten.
COVID tests done and no results received!
We were on vacation in Bolzano and needed two COVID tests for the return trip to Germany. The results should be emailed to us and even after a second attempt it didn't work.
We only got it printed out the third time.
Very badly organized. So be careful.
