Il consiglio è sempre ben accetto, ma l'insistenza è odiosa. E' giusto proporre, ma con le dovute maniere mettendo nelle condizioni il cliente di valutare e decidere con tutta calma e lucidità, non dovete indebolirlo psicologicamente per ottenere una vendita che spesso non ha alcun senso. Siete pur sempre farmacisti, quindi dottori in farmacia, non siete venditori da mercato suvvia !!! Il servizio di foratura lobi normalmente viene eseguito nel locale farmacia in un box analisi situato anteriormente al locale. Sono rimasta veramente stupita e dispiaciuta dal suo ricordo negativo risalente a tanto tempo fa, perché normalmente il servizio di foratura lobi è molto apprezzato e le mie collaboratrici sono disponibili e pazienti anche quando ci sono bambini che pur volendo avere gli orecchini, temono la foratura. Non riesco a contestualizzare il suo ricordo in un periodo preciso e quindi posso solo, generalizzando, spiegare che in farmacia, a volte, all'improvviso, si formano code di persone impazienti in attesa del farmaco. Può essere capitato che, in quell'occasione, sia stato richiesto alla collega che si stava accingendo ad eseguire il servizio di foratura, di sospendere un attimo per poter servire più velocemente le persone in attesa. Questa richiesta non era motivata dalla sua giovane età ma dall'urgenza della situazione. Chissà, forse entrando nel mondo del lavoro anche a lei capiterà di sperimentare alcune situazioni di difficoltà nelle quali dover velocemente scegliere una soluzione. I was really surprised and disappointed by his negative memory dating back so long ago, because normally the earlobe piercing service is very much appreciated and my collaborators are available and patient even when there are children who, even if they want to have earrings, fear the puncture. I cannot contextualize his memory in a precise period and therefore I can only, generalizing, explain that in the pharmacy, sometimes, all of a sudden, queues of impatient people form waiting for the drug. It may have happened that, on that occasion, the colleague who was about to perform the drilling service was asked to suspend a moment in order to be able to serve the waiting people faster. This request was not motivated by his young age but by the urgency of the situation. Who knows, maybe when you enter the world of work you too will experience some difficult situations in which you have to quickly choose a solution. With regard, Antonella
